Chimneys fall away from a structure due to unstable soil supporting the chimney’s relatively heavy weight - creating an unsightly view and the risk of a complete chimney collapse.

Many contractors use only one pier or use helical anchors which aren’t ideal for this purpose. Blue Canyon positions a minimum of two piers under the outside edge of the chimney’s footer and lifts the chimney so as to rest permanently against the structure.
