About Us

Blue Canyon Solutions grew out of vision for creating a more comprehensive level of protection for the homeowner.  The founders, Paul Borgman, Steve Lamb and Jim Sharman, were all businessmen who owned B-Dry Waterproofing franchises.  Since B-Dry is the largest and one of the most successful waterproofing companies in the US, the founders and their teams were already accustomed to over-delivering on the customer’s behalf.  No other business offered a truly permanent solution that stopped all the ways water could enter a home and had the confidence to back it up with the industry’s strongest Life-of-the-Structure warranty.  Simply put, B-Dry had ‘broken the code’ on a permanent end to homeowners’ water problems.  But the founders saw an even higher mission:  Solve ALL the problems associated with the Lower Level.

Blue Canyon Foundation Experts.  Since 1958, B-Dry’s waterproofing solution had often required minor foundation repair services as well, so the staff and field crews were already familiar with fixing certain foundation issues.  But it became more apparent that larger foundation problems often existed for many homes. Unfortunately, the foundation repair industry is just as unregulated as waterproofing, which means there were many people providing ‘less than permanent’ solutions to homeowners.  But permanent solutions were needed to ensure the homeowners’ safety and property value.  Someone needed to fill this void.  The Blue Canyon founders decided to start providing permanent foundation solutions using the best materials and installation methods in the business, backed by an unprecedented Life-of the-Structure warranty and installed via the same B-Dry ‘Smarter Way’ process of taking care of the customer.  It has been a huge success for our customers and the whole Blue Canyon team.
